General Order 12-1 designates Co. B, 4th Texas (Tom Green Rifles) as the 4th company of the Red River Battalion.

General Order 12-2 establishes the standard Order of March of the Battalion with the addition of Co. B, 4th Texas (Tom Green Rifles).
