150TH BATTLE OF SHILOH REGISTRATION DETAILS
** ATTENTION RRB - DO NOT register for Shiloh via the Shiloh event website **
** Please follow the registration instructions below **
Registration for 150th Anniversary Battle of Shiloh is now open! All men of the Red River Battalion are requested to register for the event AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Battalion registration deadline is February 29th! RRB members and affiliates (anyone serving with the RRB at the event) are NOT to register for the event directly on the official Shiloh event website! Registration is by individual or by company (per company commander's instructions), and ONLY directly through Jack King's Texas Brigade.
The total registration fee is $25.00: $20.00 event registration fee + $5.00 battalion/brigade wagon fee. The $25.00 event registration and wagon fee must be paid together at the time of registration! The $5.00 wagon fee will not be collected at, or after, the event!
Registration is via the credit card process through the Texas Brigade, as previously utilized for Wilson's Creek. Jack King's Texas Brigade has its own merchant's number and accepts Credit Cards. Please register via one of the following procedures:
Those who previously registered for the Wilson's Creek event, please follow these instructions:
Simply send an email to texas.brigade@comcast.net and ask to be registered. Your credit card information is already on file and will automatically be billed. That's all that is needed.
Those who did not register for the Wilson's Creek event, please follow these instructions:
Send an email to texas.brigade@comcast.net and ask to be registered. Please include your name, telephone number and a good time that you can be reached by phone. Jack King's personal receptionist will call you back to collect your billing information. DO NOT send your Credit Card information in the e-mail.
Everyone will receive a receipt by e-mail showing the amount charged to their credit card and registration status, regardless of the procedure used above . Your company commander, the battalion commander, and the battalion adjutant will also be copied with your receipt. They will know in real time that you have signed up for Shiloh.
If you have already registered directly via the Shiloh event website, you are asked to email RRB Adjutant Capt. Tom Corll a message indicating such, along with your information, so you can be included on the battalion roster for the event. You will also need to pay the additional $5.00 wagon fee as soon as possible. This can be do via the same procedure as above but paying only the $5.00. You will need to mention in the email that you have already registered via the Shiloh event website and paid the $20.00 registration fee.
